All donations received through this platform are used to support our core activities: artist development and management, music education and training programs, cultural preservation initiatives, booking and touring support, and operational costs to sustain our mission. We are committed to transparency and will provide updates on how contributions are utilized.
Donations are securely processed through Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification in the payments industry. Your payment information is encrypted and secure. Stripe is available in Morocco and complies with international payment standards.
Bougafer Beats is currently establishing its legal structure in Morocco. At this time, donations may not be tax-deductible. We recommend consulting with your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution. We will update this information as our legal status evolves.
Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe an error has been made or have concerns about your donation, please contact us at contact@bougaferbeats.com within 30 days of your donation, and we will review your request.
