Bougafer Beats is an independent music agency operating in Morocco, dedicated to supporting Amazigh and North African artists through ethical management, transparent booking, capacity building programs, and cultural preservation initiatives. We are currently establishing our legal structure in Morocco.

Bougafer Beats is currently establishing its legal structure in Morocco. At this time, donations may not be tax-deductible. We recommend consulting with your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution. We will update this information as our legal status evolves.
Donations are generally non-refundable as they are voluntary contributions to support our mission. However, if you believe an error has been made or have concerns about your donation, please contact us at contact@bougaferbeats.com within 30 days of your donation. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
If you choose to make a recurring (monthly) donation, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting us at contact@bougaferbeats.com.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, music, videos, and design elements, is owned by Bougafer Beats or our artists and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Music, images, and other content related to our artists remain the property of the respective artists. We represent artists with their permission and in accordance with our management agreements.
